I also provide excellent customer service, which includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.I truly enjoy the human touch of communicating face to face and feel technology sometimes keeps us too impersonal. I use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses to problem .My emphasis is to help educate people in the community and enhance relationships. I'm very active within all the Chambers and love networking and building relationships within them! I am also a member of The HBA .. I partner with many local organizations such as The Salvation Army, United Way, Meals on Wheels, Love Inc., Fund A Life, Legacy Center, Charyl Stockwell, Hartland, Fenton, Holly, South Lyon, Milford, Brighton and Howell Schools as well.
