Join CNS Healthcare as we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month by planting our flags to show that mental health matters to our community! Decorate a yard sign with a message of hope and solidarity to show that no one is alone in their battle and it is okay to ask for help. Display your sign in a place of pride, and share your creations with us! Take a picture and share it on social media with #CNSHealthcareCares #MentalHealthMatters and tag @CNSMichigan.
